Forward or back from the current time
By default the page starts from your device clock. Type a number of hours and minutes, choose from now or ago, and it shows the clock time that results. It also tells you whether that time falls today, tomorrow or yesterday, which is the part people most often get wrong near midnight.
You are not tied to the present moment. Pick a different start time and the same sum is done from there. That helps when you are planning ahead: a flight that leaves at 11:00 PM plus a 90 minute delay, or a task due a set number of hours after a given start.
One page covers many phrasings of the same question: "what time will it be in 5 hours", "in 90 minutes", "3 hours ago", "36 hours from now". Large amounts work too, and the day label simply moves on or back.
The result is a time on your own device's clock. To see the same moment in another place, use the time zone converter after you have the time.

Questions about this calculator
Which clock does it use for "now"?
Your device clock and time zone setting. If that is wrong, the answer will be wrong by the same amount.
Can I go back in time as well as forward?
Yes. Choose the ago option and the amount is subtracted instead of added.
Does it allow more than 24 hours?
Yes. Enter 36 hours or more and the day label updates to match.
