Online timers

Thirty timers, from one flexible countdown to fixed presets for the lengths people search for most.

Main timers

General-purpose tools where you set the time yourself.

Focus, intervals and games

Timers built around a routine, a rule or a shared screen.

Minute timers, 1 to 10

Presets for short jobs, from a quick break to a ten minute task.

Longer minute timers

Presets from twelve to forty-five minutes, for work blocks, lessons and meetings.

Hour and second timers

The two ends of the scale: very short bursts and long blocks.

Pick a timer by asking one question: do you know the length already? If you do, open the preset for it. A fixed page starts with the length filled in, so there is nothing to type, and it shows the clock time the timer will ring. If the length changes each time, use the online timer or the countdown timer and set hours, minutes and seconds yourself.

Some timers do more than count down. The stopwatch counts up and records laps. The interval timer repeats work and rest rounds. The Pomodoro timer alternates focus and break periods. The visual timer shows time as a shrinking shape, which helps when a group needs to see how much is left. The chess clock keeps two separate times, one for each player, and the classroom timer is built to sit on a shared screen.
