Schedule and planning tools

Four planners for laying out shifts, project tasks and weekly timetables without an account or an upload.

Schedules for people

Rotas, weekly work schedules and class or study timetables.

Project plans

Tasks laid out against dates, with start, length and order.

Pick the planner by what repeats. A shift rotation generator suits a pattern that cycles, such as a few days on and a few off across a team. The work schedule maker is for a specific week of who works when. The timetable maker lays out lessons, classes or study blocks in a grid. The Gantt chart maker is for one-off projects, where tasks overlap and one starts after another ends.

Everything you enter stays in your browser. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded, so a plan with real names in it never leaves your device. Some planners can save a layout in your browser's local storage, and share links carry the plan's settings in the address, so only send a link to people you are happy to see the plan. Clearing your browser's site data removes any saved layouts.
