One hundred and eighty days: a half-year horizon
This page adds 180 days to the date on your device and shows the answer with its weekday, ISO week number and the number of days from now. A second line gives the date 180 days earlier, useful when you want to see where a half-year span began.
The length suits long-range plans: a six-month learning goal, a long project timeline, a travel preparation schedule that begins well ahead, or a recurring half-yearly task you want to diarise. Setting a date this far out is useful because it feels abstract until it is written on a calendar.
It differs from six months by a few days. From 1 January, 180 days ends on 30 June, while six months ends on 1 July. Half a year is 181 to 184 days depending on which half, so the exact date matters. The 6 months page explains the month rules.
180 days is 25 weeks and 5 days, so the weekday moves five places forward. Use the custom box to compare with 90 days for a quarter, or with other amounts.

Questions about this tool
Is 180 days the same as six months?
Not quite. Half a year runs 181 to 184 days depending on where it starts, so the 180 day date can fall one to four days earlier.
How many weeks are in 180 days?
Twenty-five weeks and five days.
Will the weekday match today's?
No. It will be five weekdays later, because 180 is not divisible by seven.
