Contact TimeToolSet

The most useful message you can send is a clear report of something that looks wrong. This page explains what to include.

Where to send messages

Email us at hello@timetoolset.com. Messages are read by the TimeToolSet team.

We read everything, but we are a small team, so a reply can take a few days, and we may not be able to answer every general question.

Short on time? Open an email with the report questions filled in.

How to report an error in a tool

A wrong result is the most important thing we want to hear about. To let us reproduce it, please include the following in your message:

  • Which tool it was. The page address or the tool name is enough.
  • What you typed or chose, exactly as you entered it. Dates and times with the time zone are the most useful.
  • What you expected to see, and why you expected it.
  • What you actually saw. A copy of the text from the result, or a description of the screen, helps.
  • Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android, Safari on an iPhone, or Firefox on Windows.

Time zone and date problems

Time zone and daylight saving results come from the date and time rules built into your browser and device. If a result looks out of step with a local rule, tell us the place, the date and the time you checked. An old browser or an out-of-date device can hold older rules, so it also helps to say whether your device is up to date.

Suggestions and questions

If you would like a tool we do not have, describe the job you are trying to do rather than the page you imagine. Knowing the task helps us decide whether a real tool would solve it. For questions about how your information is handled, the privacy policy and cookie policy explain it in plain language, and you can mention either one in your message.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. We will never ask for them.
