Time zone meeting planner

Add two to five zones and see each one as an hour-by-hour strip. Hours inside everyone's working window are highlighted, and the best overlap is listed.

Find the hours when everyone is at work

Add between two and five zones and the planner draws a strip of hours for each one. The working window starts at 9:00 to 17:00 and you can edit it. Hours that fall inside the window for every zone are highlighted, and the best overlap is listed underneath. If nobody shares a working hour, it says so instead of guessing.

Seeing the strips side by side shows a pattern that a converter does not: the shared hours are often a thin sliver at the edge of one person's day. A team in Sydney and a team in Singapore can overlap for hours. Add New York to the same call and that overlap can disappear. Widening the window by an hour at each end, to 8:00 to 18:00, is a quick way to test whether a slightly stretched day makes the meeting possible.

Overlaps move when places change clocks. Europe, North America and Australia switch on different dates, and some zones, such as India and Japan, never switch. A slot that works in February can be an hour off in the second half of March, so check it again when a daylight saving change is near.

When you have a slot, Copy summary gives a plain text version to put in the invite. If you only need one time translated, the time zone converter does that in a few clicks.

Questions about this tool

What happens when no hours overlap?

The planner states that there is none. Try widening the working window, dropping a zone, or accepting that one group will meet early or late.

Can I change the working hours?

Yes. The window starts at 9:00 to 17:00 and is editable, so you can use 8:00 to 18:00, or a shorter day.

How many zones can I compare?

Between two and five. For a single time converted to several places, the time zone converter is the better fit.
